At BB Studio, we offer digital products, educational materials, and access to creative systems and tools. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this refund policy.
Our digital products include, but are not limited to: PDF guides, e-books, prompt systems, creative frameworks, digital learning materials, and downloadable resources. Because these products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds may be granted in limited situations, including: Duplicate purchases — if you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction. Technical issues — if a product cannot be accessed or downloaded due to a technical error on our side and we are unable to resolve the issue. Unauthorized transactions — if you believe a purchase was made fraudulently using your payment method, please contact us immediately. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If BB Studio offers subscriptions, memberships, or platform access, the following rules apply: subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started; you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing; access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
If your purchase qualifies for a refund under the exceptions above, you must submit your request within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information: full name, email used for the purchase, order number, product purchased, and reason for the refund request. Send requests to: info@bbstudio.ai. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in: suspension of your account, loss of access to purchased products, and restriction from future purchases. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issues quickly.
